- Rinse the boiled palak once.
- Now take a big bowl, add palak, boiled potato, cornflour and salt to it. Mash it well using both hands and make a dough out of it
- Take paneer in a bowl, add salt and chili flakes to it. Mash it well and keep the mixture ready
- Now make 6 portions of the palak dough
- Also make 6 portions of the paneer mixture
- Flatten out the palak portions and fill them with paneer mixture

- Add 1 glass of water and let it boil. You can keep the gravy thick or thin as per your likings

- Add the gravy to the bowl.
