  1. Rinse the boiled palak once.
  2. Now take a big bowl, add palak, boiled potato, cornflour and salt to it. Mash it well using both hands and make a dough out of it
  3. Take paneer in a bowl, add salt and chili flakes to it. Mash it well and keep the mixture ready
