- Cut the papaya into medium sizes and clean it with water. Take a frypan put the papayas with 1 cup water into it and boil it untill papaya become 100% cooked and Evaporate the water.
- Then stop the flame and let it cool. In the meantime, take a frypan, put mustard oil and heat it on stove. Put the chopped onions with dry red chilli into it and fry in a medium low flame for 2 minutes. Stop the flame when onions become brown.Let it cool.
- Now, take a bowl, put fried chillies and onions with salt as required and rub with hand. Give them a perfect mix.
- Now put the boiled papaya into it. Mash them and mix them properly.
- Papaya Bharta is ready. Serve it with steamed rice, roti, paratha etc. Enjoy
