Instructions to make Red Velvet Oreos:
- In a mixing bowl add flour, powdered sugar and baking powder.
- Sift everything together.
- Next add milk, egg, oil and few drops of red food colour.
- Mix everything well till a smooth batter is formed.
- Coat the oreo cookies in batter with the help of a fork.
- Drip off the excess batter.
- Gently add the cookies in hot and and fry untill puffed up and crisp.
- Take it out on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar from top and serve!
