- Crush digestive biscuits, and transfer into bowl. Add butter and mix well. Add into tin or mould and press nicely. Keep into fridge for 15-20min. (I used room temperature butter)
- Meanwhile mix cream cheese, whipped cream, condensed milk. Then add vanilla extract and cocoa powder about 2tbsp. Mix well.
- Keep half of mixture for 2nd layer, and add 1, 1/2tbsp cocoa powder and powder sugar in 2nd half mixture.
- Now 1st layer with light flavored mixture and keep into deep freezer for 20min. Then layer with 2nd strong flavored mixture. Keep into deep freezer for 1 hour.
- Add chopped KitKat for KitKat flavour & add chocolate shredded, use both chocolate flavores for both cheese mixture. Now in 1 cake add KitKat flavour light cheese mixture and on top strong cheese mixture.
- Same way in 2ns cake 1st lsyer with light cheese mixture of shredded chocolate and then layer of strong cheese mixture. Keep all into deep freezer for 2-3 hour.
- Remove from freezer and unmould it. Decorate plain cakes with chocolate shreds and KitKat flavour with KitKat pieces
- Serve chilled sweet treats to your kids and family..
