- Take 1 cup sugar
- Prepare 300 grams pastry dough
- Prepare 5 tbsp soft butter

- heat the oven at 230 C, stretch the pastry dough keeping 2cm over the edge of the sauce pan. Push the edges carefully inside not disturbing the apples too much.
- Bake 15 min in the oven and then lower the temperature to 180 C and cook another 15 min.
- Place a plate over the baked dough, and fast flip it upside down (just in case do it over the sink). The whole tarte should fall on the plate in one piece.
- Serve warm (best in my opinion) or cool (you can also serve it with cream or ice cream).
