  9. Prepare With 2 green chilli 3-4 dry red chilli 1pinch of anginomoto salt

Spring roll wrappers: are made out of tapioca starch and rice starch. The only tricky part about making the spring rolls was hydrating the dehydrated rice wrappers. Add ginger,garlic,green chilli,onions, soute them add cabbage carrots & capsicum saute until the vaggies half done now put in boil noodles black pepper Soya sauce chilli flakes & vineger last but not the least magic'😍 Meggie masala all the ingredients are done mix it well now turn-off the stove and set. Aside to cool
  3. Let the wrappers air dry on the counter for 10 minutes and then shape them. Store in the freezer for future use – dust the sheets with cornstarch, place a sheet of wax paper in between the squares, stack and pack them in a ziploc bag. now begin the roll place on the work area place the stuffe on the roll & the edge wrapping just roll it as you see in the pic. Keep them covered until you fry
  4. Heat oil in a deep pen until hot. You can drop a tiny pieces of wrapper to the hot oil to check it will rise oil is hot enough. Keep stirring for even fryingp
  5. When golden transfer them a kitchen tissue. Serve spring roll with red chilli sauce or tea as u like 😍😋
  6. To chilli sauce… Take a mixture grinder put it our all ingredients to the grinder dry red chill, ginger, garlic, onions, green chilli, anginomoto,black salt now grind a fine pest ur sause is ready have is with our spring roll or as u like 😍
