- Remove and let cool for about 5 mins. Then put the mould on something smaller and gently press from one side and the outer mould will fall off.
- Now in a separate bowl mix half of the custard into the whipped cream and mix properly to avoid any clumps. And add the custard filling into the tart and decorate it with fruits of your choice. Serve cold :)
