So when you take it out you can flatten and shape it. Take something flat like a metal spatula and coat it with some nonstick spray and flatten the mixture and cut and shape into small rectangles. Refrigerate or freeze them even longer, Then you can wrap them individually with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge. They are sooo good.
