- Take 1 pcs spring onion

- Boil the water, and add the bean sprout, cook for 1,5 minutes
- Drain the bean sprout

- Grind the toasted sesame seed
- Mix the ground sesame with the salt, mince garlic, sesame oil/ coconut oil, and soy sauce
- Toss bean sprout with spring onion, and the mix spices.
- Serve it fresh, or store it first at the fridge for 30 minutes until all night. Better serve it in one day.
