Instructions to make Snappy Salad:
- Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish. Heat up a bit of olive oil. Pan fry the fish with the skin down first. Wait for a couple of minutes before turning the fish over. Leave fish to rest once it's cooked.
- On the side, prepare the poached eggs and crabmeat sticks. I usually just microwave the crabmeat for 2mins. For egg, crack egg into a microwaveable cup of hot water. Pop it into the microwave dor 2-3 mins. Then, drain the water and remove egg from cup.
- The next step is the easiest! Start plating! A well plated meal is one that can truly make your day! Top it off with a little salt and pepper, some lemon juice, and in fact any dressing u fancy!
