  3. Place chicken breast in middle of baking tray
  4. Drizzle oil over the peppers, onions and chicken and then toss oil through the onions and peppers
  5. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning onto both sides of the chicken
  6. Pour salsa evenly on each chicken breast
  7. Cook in oven for 45 minutes
  8. Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice
