- Get (pasta cooked separately. but served along with the soup)
- Take 1 lb ditallina (pasta) cooked extra aldenté

- Make ready 1/3 packages fresh spinach (I use the fresh bagged baby spinach)
Make sure it is not a high boil. Do not meatballs to break apart. For the meatballs: Add the ground beef, sausage, oats, Parmesan, parsley, dried oregano, milk, egg and some salt and pepper to a bowl and mix together well with your hands. - to serve: serve pasta in a soup bowl, then ladle soup (minimeatballs, carrots, celery, broth) over pasta . .then sprinkle Parmesean cheese , salt and pepper to taste
