- Make ready 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- Make ready Black pepper half tsp
- Make ready Red chilli powder half tap
- Get Water (as required to make liquid paste)
Steps to make Pita Bread Sandwich / CHICKEN STRIPS SHAWARMA SANDWICH:
- Mayo sauce method: - Take a bowl add mayo, black pepper powder, salt, mustard and honey. Mix well all the ingredients. Mayo Sauce is ready.
- Chicken Strips Marinate: - Taka a bowl put chicken, Red Chilli crushed, Red chilli powder, Mustard Paste, Red chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Black soy sauce, Salt then mix the all ingredients. Marinate for 2 hours.
- Dry Batter; - - Take a bowl add maida and baking soda and mix the ingredients. Dry batter is Ready.
- Wet Better method;. - Take a bowl add White pepper, Maida, Salt, Corn flour powder, paprika powder, Milk Powder, Red chilli powder & Water (as required to make liquid paste) slowly slowly stir spoon and make paste.
- DIRECTION OF COVERING - STEP 1 - Take a Marinate Chicken then
- STEP 2 - Dip in Wet Batter then - STEP 3 - Dip in Dry Batter then - STEP 4 - Dip in Water - STEP 5 - Again Dip in Dry Batter then - STEP 6 - Fry in low warm Oil
- REPEAT THIS ALL STEP FOR ALL MARINATE CHICKEN - Heat oil on a medium heat and then cook chicken on a low heat until turn golden and crispy.
- Shawarma Bread - Place a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat. Place shawarma on the frying pan and cook for about 30 sec, you will notice some bubbles on the surface, cook until slightly brown but not burnt.
- Flip to the other side and cook for another 30 seconds. Take it off the heat. - Assembling - Ketchup - Salad Leaves - Mayo Sauce - Broast Raita (Recipe link in description or in top i card) - Place shawarma bread on serving plate.
- Spread ketchup on bread. Place Salad Leave and then put chicken strips &
- Add some mayo sauce. Place second shawarma bread on top & add some more ketchup. Now again place chicken strip on shawarma bread & add broast raita.
- Place salad leaves again & place third shawarma bread on top.
