- Take 2 pieces large corn
- Make ready 1 tomato
- Get 1/2 finely chopped onion

Steps to make Corn Chaat:
- First of all remove the husk from the corn cobs. Wash the corn with fresh water.
- Take a pressure cooker add corn also add potato, then add water for boiling. So that corn and potato both are boiled together. Keep the heat on high flame until 2 vessel. (By the time we can do preparation of other vegetables)
- After that switch the (heat) stove.Let it cool down. Take out corn kernels from the corn cobs. Also chop the boiled potatoes.
- Now take a large bowl, add corn kernels, all the vegetables (potato,tomato, onion, cucumber, carrots, capsicum, beetroot).Add lemon juice and mix it.
- Now add salt and black pepper powder. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it 2 to 3 times so that everything mix properly.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Corn chaat is ready to eat.
